Well the Cloud 9 phpld template comes for version 2.1 only.
You need to replace all the template iles in version 2.1 folder of your directory. Also add the images to the images folder via http://FTP.
Actually if you see any problems then send your details to us and we will add the template to your directory

Im having the same problem, I have installed several templates with no problem, but this one! I have uploaded all files to correct places and the template is in place, but editing the sponsored links etc seems to be done via some sort of admin, or control panel.
Does anyone have proper install instructions for this template?
