Mountain templates have recently launched five neat and clean phpLD templates. They surely believe in simplicity being the best policy. And yes it is true. More percentage of people prefer simple designs rather than trendy, hot or a bit complicated designs. So Mountain Templates have taken the first step right and have produced five such templates for phpLD v2.x.

To start off we have the Blue Colored template. Nice and clean. Good header space in blue. Simple navigation bar to follow and nicely placed category tables with white backdrop. Really looks good.

DPBTIN has recently launched their phpld template for phpLD version 2.1. Blue Directory phpLD template is a neat, clean and a simple phpLD template. The template has made good use of skyish blue and white color for the template. The logo is well deisgned and we also have some place in the right sidebar for sponsors or other links. Good and simple template for your phpLD powered v2.1 web directories.

FlukeIt1 PHPLD Template For Version 2.1

New year promises to have many new phpLD template designers with the growing popularity. FlukeIt just released their first phpLD template for phpLD version 2.1 and i must admit that they have done a great work with it.

FlukeIt phpLD template is very neat and clean. Very soft colors and the simplicity of the design makes it an ideal template for your phpLD powered directories. The template has various shades of brown applied over with white backdrop for categories table. What’s special is that right under the top categories, this template shows the description of each respective category. However this can be disabled from admin panel. Nice thought. The package includes the logo psd file for the header image manipulation. Overall i think it’s a great template for those who prefer keeping their directories very neat and clean.

Blue Sort PHPLD Template

It’s new year and time for much newer and much cooler designs from phpLD world of designers. The first free template of new year 2007 comes from Syed Balkhi. The magician is working hard on his designs and producing great looking phpld templates much more often now.

Blue Sort phpLD Template is a wonderful phpLD template. An elegant combination of blue grey and white. A well designed logo in white and blue backdrop. A unique navigation on right header with vertical buttons. That really looks cool. Very well placed search bar. We have another navigation bar that is very well placed and well integrated with the whole design. The category tables looks astonishing with white backdrop. This template works for phpLD version 3.0.6 and 3.1.0.

Another amazing feature of this template is that it shows the page rank of the listed sites by way of images which really looks great when you browse the inner pages. Here is what it looks like.
